@Fred_Meyer hey there…complaint here. My actual shopping cart seized up before I reached my car. I had to drag it the last 10 feet, then drag it 30 feet to the cart corral. I have a disability and were I more disabled, this would have been quite dangerous. Thoughts?

. @Fred_Meyer I wanted to let you know I made a complaint about a pharmacy employee in your Tumwater store that has been giving out wrong information on meds, I'm diabetic and went 3 days without insulin. I survived but some people are going to die not getting their meds. SHAME.

@Fred_Meyer has the slowest pharmacy in the United States lol. I have a bottle of eye drops to pick up. A BOTTLE of eye drops, been hours🤣🤣 let me back there I’ll grab it myself.

Does anyone else get slow connection with the @Fred_Meyer app in West Eugene? It hardly ever loads properly when trying to view a page if I'm not actually at the store when doing so.

Does your grocery store look like this? The past couple of years my local @Fred_Meyer has a meat department that is constantly empty. The day I took this photo I looked through the doors and saw racks of meat sitting there. Stopped an employee and asked him if I could get some rib eyes. He brought two packages out for me to pick from. No real choice there. Went there last night and was told the meat cutters had all called out. The employee said they often cut a lot of meat and leave it back only putting small amounts out at a time. We have few choices in our area so this is extremely frustrating. It’s like this at all times of the day any day of the week. Makes meal planning very difficult. Fred Meyer needs new management at the East Fred’s!
