It appears that @piwheels has been suspended from the @TwitterAPI for "violating Twitter Rules and policies". It posts once a day with a graph of stats. The email went to spam, but it's legit. What the hell?

@bmwelby @jacksonj04 I would guess they either decided not to use Verify because they don’t actually need the identity information, and/or there’s no library for the tech stack they’re using so they went with Cognito’s much easier OpenID.

@jacksonj04 @freddyheppell A fair amount of the entire thing looks like that is the mentality somewhere in this.
But yes, small mercies that they're using something off the shelf and not WP. Nothing against WP but perhaps not really for something like this.

@bmwelby @jacksonj04 Just checked the login page, it's AWS Cognito, perhaps we should be thankful they used an off-the-shelf solution instead of hastily making their own. Odd they didn't just use Verify though.
