Canada Child Benefit starts getting clawed back family net income (AFNI) exceeds $37,487. Meanwhile, Old Age Security doesn't start getting clawed back until the individual income of $90,997 and doesn't get full clawed back until $150k+ in income. We have a system in Canada were young people who want to have kids or with kids get the middle finger while rich boomers have their pockets lined up. I walked away from men who decided for me. @JaguarAnalytics Jag, this is deleveraging prior to big rate cuts. After the rate cut, the liquidity moves to the mortgage. Even Gold sold off last time when this happened. I noticed large sized call buys on mortgage ETFs.

This is the kind of stuff that used to happen repeatedly during dotcom bust.

@EladioSantiag14 If I look at last time, right after fed's rate cut; the liquidity moved towards mortgage, mortgage ETF, mortgage origination, home builders. There was a noticeable correction in equities including gold. I'm seeing a similar pattern.
