@zanecoul44 @CapeVikingsFB Congrats to Zane and a lesson for all young players. He stuck with it, and as a 1st year senior starter made the jump to great player. Too many of our young players quit if things don’t go their way. Persevere and become All-League. A great journey and lesson.

Has a chance to be in the all state running next year if he can refine the craft and no doubt he will work tirelessly at it. That’s just the kind of young man he is. Congrats

@bodiefrederick_ Been a high school coach for 12 years. Never seen anything like it. 2 rounds of Epipen. And then 75 snaps of high level football. They say they don’t make em like they used to. They may want to think again. I say this dude is different. Proud coach. Prouder dad.

Took a rough loss to Dover on friday. Was in the emergency room with an allergic reaction for 5 hours leading up to the game. Made it to the school right before kickoff. I still haven’t given up a sack this season!
