@CoachTMorg Yes my Standard is the crush mediocrity and make an elite performance The norm. school workouts aren’t doing that for these kids, it’s failing the kids. Plenty of under developed athletes. Not only that off-season workouts are 100% voluntary that’s part of the sign up.
English

@SpeedStrengthA As i will never tell kids not to come workout with you or any other private trainer we ask for the same in return- Much respect to what you offer to these kids and goals you help them reach
English

Listen bro i respect what you do - i say this me and you both have a duty to help this kids become young men - it’s deeper than just the sport - and within that duty we should hold them to a standard - you sign up for this it comes with being consistent and being present for those around you as well to - get your own workout in absolutely but also come up lift your homies come grind with them to - be a leader amongst men
English

@SpeedStrengthA Yes we talked before and originally I’m not from Delaware and this is how it ran regardless where a coach is from and if you know me i promote always kids getting better 100% but i also teach my kids to be together show up got each other don’t always be about “ME” in a “WE” game
English

@CoachTMorg When I talk to you before, I said, you sound like the rest of the Delaware coaches and you sound like them again. You rather have your team bond instead of them improve their athletic attributes. When I played we bonded when it was time to hit separate the wolves/sheep
English

@SpeedStrengthA It’s just like NFL Ota’s they aren’t mandatory but player lead and guys are building team camaraderie
English

@CoachTMorg Got another question for you The guys at the combine did they go to school workouts to get ready?
English

@SpeedStrengthA This comment says a lot / guys at nfl combine are going to next level as individuals - i bet they were at the college workouts
English

@SpeedStrengthA I have never told a kid to skip outside private 1on1 training - but i have told kids to schedule your private trainings around your school trainings as well to - i teach my kids to show up for each other - on field and off field - and that’s all part of it
English

@CoachTMorg Here’s a question for you. Should the kids skip school workouts in order to run a faster 40 by 4/10 of a second jump higher by 6 inches and overall become a better athlete Or should he go to school workouts and have very little to no benefits ?
English

@SpeedStrengthA You want me to be honest idk what the diaa rules say about it - but from a former athlete my self and i would assume you to - we all know we suppose to be showing up to these school workouts -
English

@CoachTMorg But I am talking about the rulebook, the DIAA rules and regulations clearly state school workouts are 100% voluntary. Yes or No Answer the question
English

Even if you feel as tho that’s true - workouts either your team is bigger than just that / this is where you create team bonds / build and push each other as a team in a team sport - outisde training is absolutely fine / but to not go to your schools workouts that isn’t the answer - at all - you signed up to play football at this school - that consistent of being there outside in season -
English

@CoachTMorg Sometimes being a leader means not following the masses. School workouts ain’t helping nobody drop their 40 x 3/10 of a second school workers ain’t helping. Nobody improve the vertical by 6 or more inches Let’s be honest!
English

@SpeedStrengthA Off season workouts was very important! And my parents and uncles made sure i was showing up and being an example from my team especially since coach depended on me to be a leader - i had to show my leadership and 1 of the top ways is to be present
English

@SpeedStrengthA Just going off from when i played and how i was coached in high school - your gonna be at those off season workouts - football is a year around game not just for the 3 month season especially if you got plans for next level - so when i played and how i was coach being at those

Big year coming up for 21! Kid will be a big difference maker
