I need to make a call to Mexico to a resort that I’m booked in. Bell Mobility will not let me make the call. After 1 1/2 hours on customer service with three different people they still can’t make it work that I can call to Mexico. On my account there was a default block of international calls. In this day and age, when a car can drive itself from one side of the continental U.S. to the other by itself, I can’t make a fucking telephone call to Mexico - WTF. There are no words to describe the hatred that I feel for the telecom industry.

@AdamBLiv @clinkie44 I’ll publish my model on Monday. Yes, it’s possible for Strategy to get to 2 Million Bitcoin by Dec 2027.

I think Strategy will get to 2 million Bitcoin before the end of 2027. Let's say they acquired 35k BTC this week. Almost 18k last week. And then the other two weeks out of the month are an average of 5k BTC acquired. With STRC demand growing this quickly... how are these NOT conservative assumptions? Week A: 35,000 BTC Week B: 17,994 BTC Week C: 5,000 BTC Week D: 5,000 BTC Monthly total = 62,994 BTC 62,994 BTC × 12 months: 755,928 BTC per year Target: 2,000,000 BTC Remaining: 2,000,000 − 738,731 = 1,261,269 BTC to go ≈ 1.67 years ≈ 20 months at close to the current acquisition pace.

The success of $STRC is not yet reflected in $MSTR share price IMO.

@dotkrueger Do you and Ben anticipate updating the Bitcoin One Million app since @TheRealPlanC and @sminston_with have been discussing an improved Power Law that takes decay into consideration? Love your app BTW!

If you're still using the Genesis block as your start day, just know the model has already failed twice. When you take 2/3 of the dataset and train both the Genesis and April 6, 2009 start days head to head, this is how they predict the next 1/3 of the data: 🟦 April 6, 2009 nailed the FTX low, stayed completely stable, and has been projecting out to today's $55,000 1st quantile. 🟥 Genesis block: we spent 12% of the time over the last 1/3 of the dataset below the 1st quantile, and the projected line says the 1st quantile is $74,000 today. What happened is that it had to drift the slope down to $59,000 because it's miscalibrated. So the Genesis block start time failed during FTX and would have failed again on this drop to $60,000 if not for quantile slope drift. Meanwhile, the April 6, 2009 start point has no drift, stays stable, and is a more accurate model.

Hey @rork your website says RorkMax will build watchOS apps. Yet when I prompt (as free trial) to have it create one (ie not React or Expo). It asks me if I want it to build “a product/spec plan only for the standalone watchOS app” - what am I missing?

So Plan C, will you be updating the Bitcoin One Million app to reflect this? I read yesterday that you said the accurate model price is ~ 100K, not around 125k (can’t remember the exact numbers you quoted). I then went to the Bitcoin One Million app and it showed the model price as 124k

From Grok: **No, it is not true that daily repetitions of neck movement exercises can reliably or fully eliminate sagging skin underneath the jaw** (often called a double chin, turkey neck, or submental sagging). Sagging skin in this area typically results from factors like: - Excess fat accumulation - Loss of skin elasticity due to aging (reduced collagen and elastin) - Weakened or separated platysma muscles in the neck - Genetics, weight fluctuations, or poor posture **Neck exercises** (such as chin tucks, jaw juts, neck stretches, chin-to-ceiling moves, or face yoga routines targeting the jaw and neck) primarily **strengthen and tone the underlying muscles** (e.g., platysma, sternocleidomastoid). This can: - Improve muscle support and posture - Slightly reduce the appearance of mild sagging or a double chin in some cases, especially if it's due to muscle weakness rather than significant fat or loose skin - Provide subtle improvements in tone, fullness, or definition over time with consistent practice (anecdotal reports and small studies on facial exercises show modest benefits like increased cheek fullness or muscle thickness) However, **they do not eliminate sagging skin** for several key reasons supported by medical sources: - **Exercises cannot remove excess fat** deposits under the chin — fat lies above the muscles, so toning muscles doesn't burn or redistribute it significantly. - **They cannot meaningfully tighten loose or excess skin** — skin laxity comes from collagen/elastin breakdown, which exercises don't restore. No amount of repetition rebuilds elasticity or removes redundant skin. - **Scientific evidence is limited and weak** — Most claims rely on anecdotal evidence or small studies (e.g., a 2018 JAMA Dermatology study on face yoga showed some cheek fullness after 20 weeks, and a few others noted minor muscle/elasticity gains). Reputable sources (Healthline, Cleveland Clinic, Harvard Health, plastic surgeons) consistently state there's little to no rigorous proof that targeted neck/chin exercises meaningfully reduce sagging or double chins. They often describe results as subtle at best, ineffective for moderate/severe cases, or outright ineffectual for skin tightening. **More effective options** for noticeable reduction in sagging under the jaw include: - Overall weight loss (if excess fat contributes) - Non-invasive treatments (e.g., Kybella injections to dissolve fat, Ultherapy/Thermage for collagen stimulation, laser therapies) - Surgical options (e.g., neck lift, liposuction) for significant loose skin or muscle issues Daily neck exercises are low-risk, can support general neck health/posture, and might offer minor cosmetic perks as part of a broader routine — but they won't "eliminate" sagging skin. If this is a concern, consulting a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for personalized advice is recommended over relying on exercise claims alone.
