59 days. 13+ emails. Zero response. ❌ No REG-19. ❌ No SCN. ❌ No acknowledgement. Now getting Section 62 defaulter SMS on a SUSPENDED GSTIN. Ward 94, Zone 8, State GST Delhi — is this administration or abandonment? @CBIC_India @nsitharamanoffc — who is accountable? #GSTScam

@prakalgoyal108 @ankitatIIMA Giving exploitation better regulations does not stop it from being exploitation. If milk depends on controlling cow’s reproduction for consumption, the ethical issue exists before “good” or “bad” dairy practices begin. A plant-based path aligns more honestly with ahimsa & dharma.

@freebird989 @ankitatIIMA when ghee will be adopted, then slaughtering of cows will stop significantly. atleast as a medium of earning, cows numbers will also increase, and by that then cow dung can be used as fertilisers for soil. and govt can pass laws on how to maintain like no forcing for mass prod.

💥Ghee alone should be a massive topic of research on improving all organs from nervous system to eyes, nose, skin, joints,... Maximum benefit of Ghee is expected to down syndrome, autism and cerebral palsy.....kind of problems.

@vidhiagarwal @ankitatIIMA My point is that the ethical issue begins before treatment quality. Even “ethical” dairy depends on humans creating pregnancy to take milk for consumption. That’s why I see exploitation as foundational to dairy itself, & why a plant-based approach aligns more honestly with ahimsa

@freebird989 @ankitatIIMA Then cows will be open to slaughter, which is unacceptable. While I completely agree with the mistreatment of cows to make ghee. We buy Bilona Ghee from hills from a small manufacturer because we can. Most have to take regular ghee. Maybe Patanjali can be trusted here?

@ankitatIIMA 4/ If spirituality means reducing unnecessary harm and transcending consumption-driven thinking, then a vegan approach aligns far more honestly with its essence. The question is not whether ghee has benefits — the question is whether benefit justifies exploitation.

@ankitatIIMA 3/ People quote Krishna consuming dairy, but ignore the deeper foundation of Vedic wisdom: ahimsa, dharma, restraint, and reverence for life. Keeping the symbolism while abandoning the consciousness behind it reduces spirituality to selective convenience.

@rupamurthy1 What’s missing in her argument is legal or medical proof—an official diagnosis of serious mental illness. Without that, it becomes speculation, foul play, or defamation. But when severe mental illness is real, endless empathy from families facing daily abuse is unrealistic.

“She had visited our house alone as an unmarried woman.
She didn’t do puja or fasting after marriage.
She said she loved plants, yet refused to water them.
She once said she wanted 4 children, then terminated her pregnancy.
She had mood swings, so I think she abused drugs. She was schizophrenic because she was on antidepressants.”
~ Giribala Singh, retired Judge and mother-in-law of the late Twisha Sharma. A former Judge is now casually playing psychiatrist, moral authority and character assessor over her dead daughter-in-law. Antidepressants do not make someone schizophrenic. Mood swings are not proof of drug abuse. Refusing to fast, pray or water plants is not a measure of character. What is missing from her statements?
Empathy. Compassion. Humanity. Not grief for a young woman who entered their home believing it was her family, but a relentless attempt to scrutinise and discredit someone who is no longer alive to defend herself. #JusticeForTwisha

@MattLaemon After marriage, the spouse’s family gradually discovers the issues, while the patient’s family distances itself after shifting a lifelong burden. In highly educated individuals, manipulation and psychological abuse can be even harder to identify.↓

@MattLaemon Your views on marriage issues in India miss an important reality: severe mental illness is often hidden in arranged marriages. A person can appear successful and socially normal while only the family knows the truth. ↓

Multiple angles to marriages boys and girls. It’s not all about getting dressed everyday (as girls think) or about getting laid everyday (as boys think). Marriages are hard work. Marriages are raw and require original self to be shown every single day. It’s not ghar ghar khelna. Don’t get married if you can’t handle yourself.

@KabraVrinda Being a judge, I don’t think she’d say this without strong evidence. Schizophrenia is a serious illness involving delusions & hallucinations, & doctors don’t diagnose or prescribe for it casually. So if there’s a confirmed diagnosis backed by evidence, it deserves serious weight.

Lowkey funny to observe how everyone is shocked at this woman’s shrewdness and subtle manipulation tactics throughout the interview- how she subtly drops the word “schizophrenia” , “abortion”, to discredit the deceased, etc. How do you think this “awesome” lady reached such heights? Especially in the 90s and 2000s? Of becoming a JUDGE and sustaining as a judge in a man eat man world? How do you think one sustains at the top? Especially as a woman? Curious to know your thoughts….

#WATCH | Bhopal, MP | Twisha Sharma death case | Mother-in-law of the victim and retired judge Giribala Singh says, "Within 5 months, I realised that she held quite liberal views... on the 17th, the moment she received confirmation of her pregnancy, her entire demeanour changed; she declared that she did not want to keep this child... that very evening, when I returned home from the office, I saw that she was in a terrible state; she was physically beating herself. She kept crying out, 'I cannot go on living like this!'... I told her, 'If you truly wish to leave, we can arrange your ticket for tomorrow so you may depart with dignity'... We do not know where she had gone in the night... I also asked her mother. She also said that she does not know about this... She acts entirely on her own whims, taking steps that are completely reckless and impulsive... Following that incident, her mother came here on the 23rd. She didn't even stay; she simply said she would return on the 30th when Samarth arrives... On the 30th, she returned and once again became adamant about going to the hospital to undergo an MTP (Medical Termination of Pregnancy)..." She adds, "Regarding Samarth, boys often aren't able to express their emotions through tears... My son is suffering because right from the very beginning, her behaviour was like that... he tried, but there was absolutely no sign of improvement... There wasn't such a fight. But after this MTP, a sense of distress inevitably settles in one's mind... her stubbornness and her insistence that 'you cannot control me'... if there are two conflicting voices within someone's mind, then what conclusion would you draw?... Samarth will appear... However, he also possesses the right to protect his own liberty... It is essentially a case that warrants dismissal, and one in which we should actually be the ones receiving public sympathy. Naturally, he will exercise his rights to the fullest extent, and his legal counsel will undoubtedly strive to advocate for him effectively."

@Abhishe57533481 @Freyjaforev @theskindoctor13 Yes, all points valid, as I said, if diagnosed mental illness involved that heavy weight goes there. Husband could have already fed up with her episodes, he didn't wanted her, her parents didn't wanted her back, then either suicide or foul play happened...

"Ye sab log bahut nirdayi hain, mummy. Mera dum ghut raha hai yahan." "Maa, aap mujhe yahan se le jao, please." "Mera jeevan narak ho gaya hai, mummy." What will you do as a parent if your married daughter sends you such messages about harassment from her in-laws repeatedly every now and then? I'm sure all of you with daughters won't waste a second after receiving the first SOS message or call, and rescue her, but sadly, it doesn't happen so often in the offline world. Why? These messages were sent by Twisha Sharma to her mother, a woman who allegedly died by suicide in Bhopal due to alleged harassment by her husband and in-laws. The girl was well-educated and from an accomplished family. Why didn't the parents act after the first call for help? And mind you, I'm not blaming them for the outcome. The sole criminal responsibility for this alleged suicide lies only with the alleged harassers. I'm just pointing out the helpless social reality that many parents hesitate, delay, or keep hoping things will improve on their own, even families as well-educated and accomplished as Twisha's. Just sad. High time parents realise that a divorced daughter is always better than a dead daughter.

@Abhishe57533481 @Freyjaforev @theskindoctor13 But giving clean chit to her husband or in-laws is also not right. In larger picture, people should aware that there are always 2 sides of everything and that if mental illness is involved, then that can be the real issue here!

@theskindoctor13 It’s possible her parents partly dismissed her messages because they believed she was mentally ill & knew her medical history. Arranging her marriage without disclosing her mental illness to the in-laws, then doubting her SOS as “another episode,” would amount to a fatal betrayal

@Freyjaforev @Abhishe57533481 @theskindoctor13 Schizophrenia is complicated mental illness, a person can be studying in IIT or IIM or successful entrepreneur or a banker and can be schizophrenic patient at the same time. Severe unstable psychosis expose them later but untill then people hardly understand their mental illness

@freebird989 @Abhishe57533481 @theskindoctor13 There are migraine medicines in market that are also marked as suitable for schizophrenia, so this is just a masking of what personal issues they had. Schizophrenia is not a disease that can be hidden, her husband dated her before marriage, there’s no chance he wouldn’t notice.

@Freyjaforev @Abhishe57533481 @theskindoctor13 If she had diagnosed schizophrenia, parents were wrong to fix marriage in first place. Schizophrenic patients have extreme dillusions & hallucinations - make life difficult of their caregivers. Her parents not reaching out later indicates - they wanted to get rid of her illness.
