I have Freesat box it's in 6 years warranty and has developed hard drive fault I would like to know how to have it repaired under warranty.

@freesatadvice I can access all the channels, but all of a sudden when I chose any BBC tv or radio channels afetr a few seconds I lose the sound, but not the picture.
@OtaKull88 Hi @OtaKull88 we are sorry to hear you have been having trouble with finding the Channel 4 programmes on your tv guide, we believe this has now been fixed so it would be worth doing a channel scan if it is not showing now on your box.
@freesatadvice For some reason on Guide, Channel 4 is just blank from 11th April. All other channels are showing their schedules. So I can’t record any programmes after Saturday. I restarted Freesat box & rescan all channels to no avail.

@MartyToSmarty Hi Martin, thanks for getting in touch. We don’t have engineers who can install satellite cables or dishes, but a local satellite installer should be able to help run a cable to your lounge. They’ll be able to advise on the best setup for your home.

@PaulKelsey42 Hi Paul, can you confirm the channel scan as need to know the results if the strength is good or poor same with the quality and also why type of LNB is shows you have? How long have you had the box for?
@PaulKelsey42 Hi thank you for sending this information, please could you confirm, do you leave the Freesat box on standby mode the red light at night time or do you switch off at the mains? I would suggest trying a channel scan by going to settings>Freesat channels>enter your pin>run chanscan

@freesatadvice I don’t get any epg . I’m using TV’s satellite tunner directly, it’s connected to the internet but the freeview play never updates the epg. Any advice?

@freesatadvice my box has been OK until I had to do a retune. Now it won't tune in my 103 channel as Anglia or 101 as Look East always been ok before? I know I can set the BBC1 channel but how do I get 103 back my postcode is NN6 9EB. Is there a better one to use or is it your DB
