@freesatadvice my box has been OK until I had to do a retune. Now it won't tune in my 103 channel as Anglia or 101 as Look East always been ok before? I know I can set the BBC1 channel but how do I get 103 back my postcode is NN6 9EB. Is there a better one to use or is it your DB

@rorysutherland Only issue I have with Royal Mail is delivery window stated and then they turn up 3 hours after.

Simple piece of consumer protection legislation (which would also benefit better distribution companies). It should be mandatory for all e-retailers to name the delivery company before you click "buy". Or, better still, offer you a choice.
