@LukaUpdates @M93BS Honestly, this is bullshit. Diego Costa had the exact same treatment (mare placenta) in 2014 for the Champions League final, and after just 10 minutes he had to be subbed off because his injury got worse again.

A standard Grade 2 hamstring strain (partial tear) usually takes 4 - 6 weeks to heal, with high re-injury risk if rushed. In Europe (clinics in Germany/Switzerland), athletes may use regenerative treatments like stem cells, exosomes, or Orthokine to speed tissue repair and reduce inflammation, options that are restricted in the U.S. Experts say if it works well, recovery time could drop to 2 - 4 weeks instead of a 4 - 6 weeks. Luka Dončić wants to play in the 1st round and if treatment responds well, he will.
Shams Charania@ShamsCharania

After consultation with Lakers doctors and his own medical team, Luka Doncic will seek specialized medical treatment in Europe on his Grade 2 left hamstring in an attempt to expedite his return to play, agent Bill Duffy of WME Basketball tells me and @mcten.

@jakubflow @clairetcash Fiber is one of the most protective nutrients we have. Vit C, folate, potassium, vit K are all highly bioavailable from vegetables. The idea that veggies are just filler is one of the worst nutritional takes out there. Every major longevity population on earth eats tons of them.

@freihoch3 @clairetcash There’s way too much fiber in it. The micronutrients from vegetables aren’t easily absorbed, and we can find them in much more bioavailable forms in other foods. Basically, it just fills you up without providing any real nutritional value.

Something that markets are finally starting to realize: Downstream: $NVDA invested $2B into $MRVL Celestial CPO program: $POET (Celestial’s Interposers): To ship 30,000 optical engines to ship this year from earnings today. $SIVE is the light source of Poet and Celestial for near/mid term Marvell photonics roadmap. Win Semi is the foundry for InP CW laser production. And even more upstream: $SOI / $AXTI for substrates and $IQE for epiwafers. This is the very start of the next photonics supercycle, at dirt cheap valuations. And it’s happening earlier than markets and institutions expected in 2026, with Nvidia frontrunning this entire shift. 99.9% of people see the changes happening downstream with Marvell, but don’t realize yet where the supply shocks will happen upstream.

⚡️A society where work becomes optional for the masses without a harder replacement structure turns into a meaning-collapse machine. A lot of people romanticize freedom because they confuse relief from labor with the creation of purpose. Those are different things. Remove work from millions of lives and you do not just remove income pressure. You remove rhythm, hierarchy, standards, deadlines, social contact, forced competence, and the daily confrontation with reality that keeps a personality stitched together. A huge number of people are being held upright by structures they claim to hate. A lot of people will not use open freedom to become more alive. They will drift into sedation. More scrolling. More weed. More porn. More gaming. More synthetic relationships. More dissociation. More fragile identity. More anxiety disguised as lifestyle. More depression disguised as “rest.” More people quietly discovering that they were never actually taught how to govern themselves. The darkest part is that this can look humane on the surface. People get money. They stop starving. They stop commuting. They stop doing jobs they hate. And then the center falls out anyway, because the human nervous system does not thrive on comfort alone. It needs aim. It needs friction. It needs earned self-respect. It needs some reason to become stronger tomorrow than it was today. The minority will do well. They will build, train, study, create, raise families, compete, pursue mastery, and turn freedom into force. A much larger share will rot in abundance because abundance without form becomes psychic poison. So what do I really think? I think mass optional work in the current civilization likely produces a softer, richer, more medically managed version of collapse. Not immediate chaos. Slow decomposition. A population materially supported and psychologically disintegrating. UBI does not save a broken civilization. It gives a broken civilization more time to decay in comfort.
fooo@bitcoinpanda69

My strongest blackpill belief is that UBI will lead to an overwhelming amount of mental illness most people if they are honest w themselves need external boundaries and challenges imposed on them You're asking everyone on the planet to self-govern their whole lives when most cant even go to bed on time now when they have work early

🇪🇸🗣️ Andrés Iniesta: “When I was struggling with depression, the most pleasant part of my day was when I took my pill and went to sleep at night. You lose the joy of life, of everything. I would hug my wife, but it felt like hugging a pillow. You feel nothing. I still go to therapy because I need to be at peace with myself. It’s not about material things. I could have had all the cars in the world and everything I wanted, and it would still be hard to face life’s problems. You need to train your mind.”

Impressions of Crimson Desert after 12 hours: - People were right: This game gets MASSIVELY better after 6-8 hours of playtime, Chapter 3 onwards is a massive step up in terms of quest quality and finally lets you loose to explore as you get past the onboarding phase, I am loving it. - Played 6+ hours straight today and I am itching to play even more, Exploration is a blast and has some of the best sense of discovery I've felt in a game since Elden Ring, this is an incredibly well made open world that I want to explore more so badly. I've found so many cool places that I don't wanna spoil - Controls feel natural at this point as well, aside from square being both interact and jump, I am okay with them atp. - I adore how interactive the world feels, the NPCs are not "alive" but they do sell that illusion fairly well, I have spent a ton of time stealing and sneaking into castles to take all their food for heals, and weapons to sell. Also spent a ton of time doing bounties which feel identical to the Red Dead 2 bounties, a great system. - Main quests have actually gotten fun, with interesting scenarios rather than the generic fetch quests that drag down the first 6 hours of this game. The writing is still not good but I am at least interested in the idea of the plot now. - "Reed devil" and "Excavator" boss fights were both fantastic, It's super important to stock up on food before taking on bosses for heals however, so I am now buying food at every possible chance - Side quests quality varies but for the most part, they really are the highlight of the game for me. - While the game is beautiful in clear weather, it feels like most of the time its overcast and the visuals look really drab and quite poor in this weather. Also rain is far too rare in my opinion. - I have not had any game breaking bugs so far, been a smooth experience aside from 1 bug where my Kliff is seemingly never tired, so I am barred from sleeping in my game for some reason. Literally itching to play more tomorrow, Crimson Desert is a flawed game but god does it hit that open world exploration itch for me so well. It's absolutely worth sticking with if you love these types of games!
