@British_Airways in Ljubljana airport still. Waiting at gate B3 at 12.06 am for a flight that has landed in Italy. Nobody at the gate to help or guide people. Appalling customer service. One 8 Euro voucher per person when the airport sandwiches cost 8.20 Euros. So bad!

@British_Airways in Ljubljana airport, just checked in. My boarding pass says departure time 19.45, but the boarding time says 21.47. Spot the difference? Not a word at the check-in desk and no offer of help or support, or a voucher for drink/ food…
