GM FARMERS🧑‍🌾 New baby, EthCC, dislocated shoulder... intense week for the RAAC team, but the yields don't stop! $pmUSD is still a top DeFi stablecoin farming opportunity 👀 @beefyfinance is starting the week strong 👇 app.beefy.com

@lordjorx @CryptoISFreedom @Raacfi Regarding iREET, looking at the pools, looks like RAAC already bought 3M+ worth of real estate, that should already bring arround 15/20K monthly rental incomes to the protocol as well. tbc

How to build a $100M RWA protocol with "bribes". While most RWA projects struggle, @Raacfi is moving fast. And the secret is pmUSD. This stablecoin is backed by physical gold audited by ION Digital. Thanks to the recent gold rally, the metal's value far exceeds the pmUSD in circulation. They’ve already hit a TVL of $100M, definitely not bad for a newcomer. But the real magic is how they handle liquidity. Instead of deplying on Uniswap, they went straight to the @CurveFinance Wars: > pmUSD has $35M across three Curve pools. The biggest ($17M) is paired with crvUSD. > Native trading volume yields are low, so they play the "bribe game." By accumulating vlCVX from @ConvexFinance, they’ve become the 4th largest political power in the ecosystem, controlling 4.1% of the total voting power (@defiwars_ please add them on your list). > They direct CRV emissions to their own pools, offering sustainable yields because they control 8% to 12% of the incentives each epoch. This crushes the competition and provides predictability to LPs. Given their governance share, I calculated that they spent roughly $3.5M buying vlCVX before the product was even fully running. My question is... where did that capital come from? Imagine if giants like PayPal or Ripple stopped using money market incentives to grow their stablecoins and started playing these governance games. If RAAC can do this with tens of millions, a corporate entry would be spectacular to watch.

@lordjorx @CryptoISFreedom @Raacfi Yes. RAAC takes 10% minting fees for RWA depositors. ION deposited and tokenised 100M worth of In Situ Gold, so 10% revenues wen tto RAAC last summer :)

@Kawaka_aa @kkrusherr @LlamaBorn @curve_intern @Raacfi "isn’t the cost highly variable depending on the country, deposit terrain and geology?" I could be wrong, but that's exactly why the "World Gold Council AISC average" is used as a conservative benchmark.

@kkrusherr @LlamaBorn @curve_intern @Raacfi Thank you for the data. But isn’t the cost highly variable depending on the country, deposit terrain and geology? Also, aren’t you concerned about the illiquidity of the collateral in the case of a bank run?

@frenchsnipe I don't like teams distorting reality with false narratives. And I will forever FUD any illiquid stablecoin masquerading as a liquid one. The initial post was for posterity, future victory-lapping.

You all realize pmUSD is not backed by gold but by dirt with some gold in it. The cost of mining could be 100x the value of the actual gold deposit, yet it's backed at a 5:1 ratio. Backed by dirt.

@Kawaka_aa I 100% get the importance of Skepticism in DeFi. But questions you're raising have a documented answer. Totally get it if you want to stay away though! Np, But being loud and trying to convince other, imo it's not skepticism, but FUD. And so far I don't think RAAC deserves it.

@Kawaka_aa But how I understand it, that's exactly why the 80% haircut exists. To absorb both extraction cost uncertainty AND illiquidity. Even assuming $1,400/oz to extract, gold would need to fall 96% before there's a problem. Illiquidity risk is real. It's just already priced in.

@Kawaka_aa The amount of gold in the ground is verified, enforceable under UCC Article 9 and Yukon PPSA. So backed by dirt is kind of harsh here. Official docs say it's audited, legally perfected mineral title.

@Kawaka_aa I think you're looking at this the wrong way ser :) pmUSD isn't backed by a mining operation. It's backed by a perfected senior-secured legal claim on NI 43-101 Proven Mineral Reserves. Which is actually the highest confidence classification in mining. So it is not an estimate.

Time to pause & thank the community for the support🙏 RAAC has generated $10m+ in protocol revenue, building great traction for pmUSD. $iREET is next Unlocking real estate will allow more off chain capital to fuel on-chain distribution. There's more, but you'll realize soon👀

Hey everyone, I wanted to address Dana White’s comments from this past weekend, because the truth matters to me and the fans. Dana, you were heated about why I’m not on the White House card, but let’s clear something up. My team and I were actually negotiating with the UFC for that fight. Real negotiations. I even came down from my original number, and what was I offered in return ? I was lowballed . Yes, I have arthritis in my hip and it’s painful, but that doesn’t mean I can’t fight. So let me get this straight, if I had accepted the lowball offer, suddenly my hip would be fine and I’d be on the White House card? That doesn’t make sense. I even received stem cell treatment last week to get ready for the White House card, and training camp was scheduled to start today. I was preparing to be ready. I understand business deals fall through sometimes, but going out publicly and saying things that aren’t true isn’t right. After everything I’ve given to the UFC , the years, the title defenses, the fights , hearing that I’m “done” is disappointing. Especially when as recently as Friday UFC was calling me trying to get me on that White House card for a much lower number. If the UFC truly feels like I’m done, then I respectfully ask to be released from my contract today. No more spins, no more games. Thank you to the real fans who know what’s up. Bones out.
