Hey @FreshStep your Lightweight litter (the new formula) BROKE MY CAT out. She had dandruff and was itching. The litter is also terrible. Doesnt clump at all. I had to switch brands. Very dissapointed. Been using this brand for years.

For some reason @FreshStep changing their logo from the cutie cartoon kitty to this new cat really makes me not want to buy it anymore 😭 I hate that they make the best products

@FreshStep It's disappointing to see that you are reducing the size of the Fresh Step Simply Unscented by 10%, but the cost remains the same. Been using it for years with all my cats. Now I will be looking around for a better deal.

Hey @FreshStep why is every Petsmart within 60 mile radius out of your cat litter? I understand you are changing packaging to less product for the same price. But why does every store have to be out for a while when you are doing it?

@FreshStep I've been using your Crystal cat litter for years. But now it only seems to be available with febreze. Neither my cats nor I want this scent with the litter. Can you please bring back the regular kind? Thanks!

@FreshStep this new formula is the biggest mistake! Anyone that has litter robots, stray to look for new litter asap! Was a long time customer and now no longer one. I will never buy this new junk ever again!

@FreshStep I'd like to know WHO made the decision FOR EVERYONE ELSE that your only option for litter is CLUMPING LITTER? That shit gets ALL OVER THE PLACE. BRING BACK REGULAR CAT LITTER! And yes I know if you're incredibly lucky you can still get it but I'm sick and tired of have to HUNT FOR IT!

@FreshStep You reformulated Fresh Step Unscented without informing us that it is now SCENTED and no longer functions as litter, creating pools of sludge tracked all over the house, and resulting in my vet thinking my cat has a urinary condition. What a waste.

@FreshStep Hey, could you guys figure out some way to make opening a bag of your product just a little more intuitive? Every time I have to either find a YouTube tutorial or go find a knife. It can’t possibly cost a whole lot more to do a whole lot better.

@FreshStep I need solutions literally the best crystal cat litter my cats love. Yet amazon shafts me again. Why is it so hard to find the crystal litter in stock 😫. 3rd order 2 stolen one turned out to be toilet paper. I am just going to stop using Amazon at this point.

@Karabvolk That’s so practical, I love it! My family lost their minds when I asked for 3 big bags of kitty litter. Had to be @FreshStep and had to be carried down to my basement. They’ve never let me forget it, but it was the best gift to me! Especially the carry downstairs part! 😼😽

@FreshStep thanks for making your boxes sturdy! It’s so hot outside, the glue holding the handles on melted. The handles came off and both boxes went down the stairs. But they didn’t bust open!
