@DGQuestions This is a great question. In my 1:1 coaching I recommend people do an Ikigai exercise. This one is free and only takes 10 minutes. It says personality, but it's really about finding a sense of purpose in your "work" whatever it is ikigaitest.com

Non disc golf (maybe not in all cases here), but what do you do for a living? Do you like it? Would you change if you could? Sole operator of small biz(cleaning windows!) for over a decade now but change is a coming..and I have no idea wtf is next. Doing a little soul searching
