i believe the game is called Noo Gallery, though it's also been referred to as 'vsnooguy' (its original name?) you play as two kids exploring the antique shop of this guy named nelson??? but everyone calls him 'noo guy' (pronounced like 'no' for some reason). IDK itssoweird
