Hey @AirCanada - 3 HOURS on hold, DMs and emails sent! ZERO response. You drop a 72 hour strike notice and then vanish like you’re running a bike rental shop, not an airline. My Aug 16 flight is in limbo while last-minute fares skyrocket. Do better #aircanadastrike

@SunwingVacay Update. The refund to my credit card promised in July is now confirmed by your people - and I have asked for an etransfer as I need to send a portion of the claim to my parents and my brother. Your team claims to process an etransfer they need 6-8 weeks to process - really??!?

@SunwingVacay I can't believe we are still here - I was told our out of pocket expenses would be reimbursed to our credit card that was on July 6th. I shouldn't be shocked that nothing as happened. No response to my emails either. Seriously #sunwing December until August!!!
