Hi all! We see there is some confusion about the Five Night at Freddy's Secret of the Mimic VR launch today and we want to clarify everything. We launched our PlayStation PSVR 2 update today. We are currently testing the launch build for our PCVR version via Steam. We are expecting to approve and launch the PCVR build in the next day or two and we will announce the second our team certifies it. For a little behind the scenes, the current testing is at 99.01% as of the time of this post! Our blog also has notes on our Patch 1 for PSVR 2, that will also be applied to the PCVR version as well. @SteelWoolStudio "Releasing on pc very very soon" dude..you literally have the update ready in the steamdb files, YOU LITERALLY HAVE A BIGGER AUDIENCE ON PC! Who in their right mind is saying mm yes, when I think fnaf, I think Playstation, BECAUSE I THINK OF PC WHERE THIS GAME ORIGINATED.

Not having PC available on launch is incredibly disappointing, especially considering it was teased in the first trailer. If PC is "very soon," why not hold off on releasing until you can launch on both? If it's PSVR2 exclusivity, that needs to be made clear VERY early on, instead of the second the mode is available :/ I won't be able to play, and I know many fans won't be able to either. We've waited a year, I guess we'll have to wait a little longer... I hope the PSVR2 players have fun, and I hope the wait for PC isn't too long.

@SteelWoolStudio Seriously, even I'm disappointed. I waited all day only to find out, oh no, it's only for PS5. We don't know about PCs.🫤

Dead by Daylight will use a new version of Unreal Engine starting with update 9.6.0 < Currently, the game uses UE 5.4.4 < After 9.6.0 Update, the game will use UE 5.6.1 This is why this update is bigger than previous ones
