@CostaCoffee Was about to buy my son a costa gift card. He's a paramedic (very hard working) - and likes a Costa when he's just finishing a job at QMC Nottingham or Derby Hospital. Reading the Ts & Cs I realised the hospital outlets don't accept gift cards! Poor show Costa😠

@ewmonline I'm loving your knitwear, but can't work out what size to order. From other retailers I buy 16 to 18 (I'm a generous 16, 18 is usually a bit baggy). So I'm fretting that M might be too small, L too big.

@theAliceRoberts @wmarybeard @officialnhaynes Our drama department at work (school) kept calling an outside theatre an amphitheatre and when corrected they maintained that ‘that’s what everyone in Drama calls them’, probably because someone labelled one wrong once and now it’s stuck 🙃

@marksandspencer I ordered a £65 xmas food gift on 26/11/23 for delivery on 22/12. At 8:30 pm on 23/12 I was emailed to say it would not be delivered. Appalling service. After 50 years my retail relationship with M&S is done. Exceptionally poor service.
