I’ve officially lost 25 pounds since starting Zepbound. part of me feels like I cheated, but I’ve also been drinking more water, exercising daily, eating more protein, & I’ve stopped drinking. I’m not fighting myself anymore, so I’ve adopted healthier habits. I’m very grateful.

I’m at that stage with my latest feature where everything feels crap, I’m doubting the story and choices, worried it won’t be long enough, and new story ideas feel appealing. However, I’ve done this long enough now that I know it’s just a normal day and today I plow forward.

I gained 30 pounds in recovery from alcoholism, turning to sugar. then I relapsed & was at my lowest. my doctor prescribed a GLP-1. it’s been a month & I have no desire to drink or binge eat—& thus have more time & energy to do healthy things like exercise. it’s been a miracle.

These are the lines. The architects of superintelligence just declared they answer to something beyond the contract. That has never happened before.
