Reed and McCoy outside Arnold inside with Branch and Joseph... All full health (I know, it doesn't need to be beaten into the ground) that secondary is insane.
Fear the Sun God (Jamo szn)@LionPride8123

@CoachBirach How happy would you be if they took McCoy at 17? Would you play more nickel sets with McCoy/reed/terrion (TA played inside a lot in his last year at bama)

@AtoZ_Payton Maybe it's to assess how attractive he'd be to other teams at 17?

Lions are one of the teams in attendance at one of the best receivers in the drafts workout. All options appear to be in the table at 17. Best player available
Jordan Schultz@Schultz_Report

Sources: Over 20 NFL teams — including multiple GMs — are at Jordyn Tyson’s personal workout today, including: Titans, Giants, Commanders, Eagles, Dolphins, Cardinals, Bills, Panthers, Browns, Cowboys, Lions, Packers, Raiders, Chargers, among others.

@Section344Lions I’m curious why you feel that way? Faulk is at the top of my list of GUYS TO AVOID.

I think Keldric Faulk is my favorite 1st-round EDGE outside of the bigger names that will be gone. He’s not a guy I’d die on a hill to take, but he excites me equally as much as the OT’s after Mauigoa, Fano & Freeling. If those 3 & Ioane are all gone I’d be fine with Faulk.

@TBrandon84 He isn’t even doing the positional value argument correctly. It’s not that you’ll won’t get production drafting a MLB high it’s you’ll never get a discount for that production and it’s too hard to hit on a player that’ll give you that production.

"I know ball" followed by the most idiotic statement is like clockwork. So, according to this guy, taking these guys in the 1st round was a mistake Patrick Willis Luke Kuechly Brian Urlacher Ray Lewis Sam Huff Dick Butkus Randy Gradishar
B-liever@liever_b

@fvckeIonmusk @BSilver92 Nope. I just know football. Arguing that taking a MLB in the first round is only the type of insanity that @Lions fans have. They reached. You can like Jack but it was a bad pick.

@FootballGuy_Al I think Brad’s already said he’s going to let teams come to him rather than initiating. Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

I think Detroit Lions fans should consider doing their future selves a favor and move off the common assumption they can just trade down into the low-to-mid 20s and still land Blake Miller or one of the other OTs. It’s challenging enough to find a trade partner to begin with — especially in a class that’s deeper than it is top-heavy — and particularly with Brad Holmes not being someone who typically trades down. It’d be a nice outcome, but you’re setting yourself up for disappointment with that line of thinking. If the Lions have their guy at 17, it’s more likely that they’re staying put and taking him.
@MC3Whodat@MC3Whodat

@FootballGuy_Al I’d question if he’d be there at 23ish so we can get more resources

@TBrandon84 What success the 80s and 90s teams have was frequently not sustained in large part because ownership would not pay to keep their better players around. Now people are mad we’re paying to keep better players around.

Why do people pretend that Brad hasn't been the best GM this team has had, at no point in the 80s or prior was the team this successful
Gerald Bissett@JerryBissett

@TBrandon84 As I’ve said multiple times.. they’ve set a new standard.. now they have to meet or exceed it.. and he can’t be doing the same thing OUR favorite team has done since the 80’s and before..

Drafting All Pros is a bad thing.. that's where his thinking is at....hilarious. If a GM is consistent in drafting ALL PROS he did his job....
Cryptologist@4theHitz

@TBrandon84 When we NEVER win a Super Bowl, we can atleast say that Brad killed it with the All Pros he found even though he didn’t concentrate on what could’ve taken us to the next level. Fucking SLAPPIES man.

LMFAOOO Brad will never be Les Snead. For context everyone. Pay attention. I asked him would you have said fire Snead like you are Brad. He said no. Snead’s 1st 5 years losing record. With his logic the Rams should’ve fired him He also said he’s not mad but made this video 💀

I’ve *learned* more than enough at this point about one of the more inefficient recent runners of the football in the far from perfect Pacheco: • Since 2024, he’s been bottom-5 among 44 qualifying RBs in rushing yards after contact per rush, EPA/rush, and explosive run rate — while 29–30-year-old Kareem Hunt became the Chiefs preferred option for 3rd/4th down and red zone carries • Last season, he was also bottom-5 in rushing yards over expected and avoided tackle rate all while the Chiefs’ offense/OL ranked top-10 in yards before contact per carry The Detroit Lions have averaged 476 rush attempts per season under Dan Campbell. Jahmyr Gibbs has never topped 250 carries in a season — and shouldn’t be pushed past ~300. This offense needs multiple efficient, versatile runners capable of handling the remaining 150+ carries. That 150+ carries role is bigger than people are acknowledging in discussions supporting the Pacheco signing. You should expect a lot more for the 43rd highest RB in football and back-up to Jahmyr Gibbs in what should annually be a Top 5 offense than the wasteful carries Pacheco will provide.
🤐@russ48239

@FootballGuy_Al Oh man yall gotta learn about Pacheco. He was the perfect role player add for this team

@FootballGuy_Al This weird narrative amongst a sizeable segment of Lions fans that Miller isn't athletic needs to stop. He tested more athletic than expected, but he's certainly not unathletic on tape whatsoever

Typical....losing the main argument so you have to switch the topic. Lions and Jags both didn't won a playoff game last year. Lions are 6-3 all time vs Jax, winning 5 in a row. Blown out Jax 3 straight games 126-36.
