I'm sorry to be the guy to tell everyone that Santa isn't real...but anytime NASA tells you we're going to land on the moon, they're just feeding you bullshit.
No human has ever landed on the moon, and we never will, because it isn't a physical rock you can land on.
The moon is a cosmic plasma projection of the Earth on the firmament. (And yes, it unveils hidden land past Antarctica that we're not supposed to know about)

@CalebPeng people instinctively react to pokemon matchups over raw data. it’s a shame, but a majority of the player base are morons. This is also on Niantic/Scopely. Each season conclusion and move update should explain their reasoning for buff/nerf and update and back it up.

Since one of my previous posts sparked convos around Scizor being balanced vs needing the nerfs it got this season, I decided to look at the data to see how it performed in the 7 tournaments that took place during last GBL season.
I compared it with Altaria, the only Pokémon with 6 or more tournament wins, as a reference point.
The data shows that Altaria outperformed Scizor on every metric. Does Altaria need a nerf? IMO, no. In a similar vein, I don't think Scizor needed one either unless people just want a switch up in the meta, which is a totally valid reason. But this is the importance of looking at actual data rather than utilizing subjective feelings around Pokémon on which should be nerfed/buffed.
I don't have GBL data to analyze so I can't speak on its impact in that realm.
To be clear, I'm not advocating to rebuff Scizor. I just think we should all try to be more data oriented when it comes to these discussions.

I don't think Mud Slap should have been nerfed either. Sucker Punchers also shredded it too. Again, it was a good Pokémon, but good Pokémon shouldn't be nerfed just because they're good. Incinerate users also completely cooked it. I mean I can go on and on about how players could neutralize Scizor. But again, it wasn't as dominant as it may have felt to you and others. I can do an entire statistical breakdown of Scizor last GBL season if you'd like. We can talk subjective viewpoints all day long but the numbers are objective measurements of its oppressiveness or lack there of. I haven't run the numbers yet so I'm not saying you're 100% wrong, but just at a glance, it doesn't seem like it was.

@JespersBurner @uzumonkeyy Stats aren’t everything. Ohtani has come in clutch in big moments to win a round in the playoffs. Judge’s only clutch moment was extending their elim to the Hays by a day. lol

Everyone in that ring should be FUCKING FIRED, and never allowed back. Ever. A referee had a Seizure during a match after a planned spot, and the first thing the “wrestlers” do is continue to wrestler, kick and shove him out of the way. Disgusting
