It is a good thing to pray to the Lord that the board would be a reflection of the people it serves, but to take it into your own hands and be partial to a certain person over another person is sin.

Why do SBC orgs publicly emphasize the sin of partiality when they are trying to elect members on their boards? @tnbaptist has made clear they want someone to be partial based off skin color and gender for the sake of being “diverse” tnbaptist.org/boardrec
