@MrEFinch I used to love bacon couscous. Cut the bacon into strips and fry. Add chopped leek (quicker to cook than onion), garlic and mushrooms. When cooked through add couscous and boiling water. Lid on, turn off the heat, wait for a few minutes then serve.

@Lucyjoyviolin At the ante natal class we were specifically told to bring food as you use a lot of energy in labour. We went for pizza, sausage rolls, hot cross buns and fruit. Unfortunately I couldn't keep anything down so my husband had mine too!

It's kind of insane that women aren't allowed to eat food while giving birth, one of the most intense physical experiences we go through as humans

@ProfRachelGaN @markmiodownik I got a swytch kit that retrofits to an existing bike. Allowed me to get a secondhand refurb bike, which is much cheaper than a full new e-bike, and I can move the kit to a different bike in the future. Makes cycling around Sheffield accessible for me.

Agree this is hopeful trend. But the e-bike manufacturers are not making their bikes repairable. Massive big waste stream coming...

@ZJAyres I gave birth a month ago. Gas & air, remifentanyl and then an epidural prior to emergency C-section. No way I'd have gone through that without pain relief.

@paullewismoney We just had 12kw ASHP installed after gas disconnected last year. No charge for disconnection by Octopus. No longer pay gas standing charge. ASHP does all heating (wet underfloor) and hot water@50C with immersion for periodic HW boost to 65C for legionella. Love it 100%.

Heat pumps: People who have had a heat pump installed - does that mean you no longer need gas? If so have you had the gas meter removed and what did it cost? If not are you still paying the standing charge for the meter? DM me (I will follow u if needed) or tweet. Many thanks.
