Some random Western liberal: “Bro, Iran is 99% Shia Muslim. Islam is literally their DNA.” And then some (apparently) Western conservative in response to Iranians in the diaspora who say “I’m Persian, not Muslim”: “ […] There’s this one peculiar thing they’re encouraged to do called Taqiyya. It’s lying or any form of deception, from minor to long term, deep ‘undercover’ manipulation, that promotes & pushes the Isl*m agenda. So now, I never just blindly believe what they do or say…” Meanwhile 📹👇 in Firuzabad, Fars Province; a traditionally conservative rural town in Iran’s Persian heartland that ranks in the upper half to top third of conservatism nationwide. Significantly more traditional and religious than big cities like Tehran, Shiraz, Isfahan, Ahvaz, etc. If people are throwing Qurans into the water even here, in open rejection of the regime’s enforced theocracy, imagine what it looks like in more urban areas. This isn’t Western, Zionist, or any other propaganda. It’s Iranians themselves showing that forced piety after 47 years has backfired. Islam may be the majority faith on paper, but it is not their immutable DNA. Large segments of society are increasingly rejecting Islam. Face it and respect the Iranians’ right to reject and disown what has been forced upon them, instead of attacking them and hiding your own insecurity behind fake brands like “Islamophobia.” That’s pathetic. And yes, Taqiyya is a documented Islamic doctrine of concealment under pressure, but applying it here to dismiss Persian/Iranian voices renouncing Islam is foolishly misplaced.

Ali Abdi, a regime analyst, a former IRGC commander, and a regular guest on the mullahs’ state TV during a show aired mid-May 2026: “Why are you negotiating with someone who levels sexual accusations and insults against the Supreme Leader? He is once again threatening the Leader with re-assassination. He makes sexual accusations against the Supreme Leader, and not a single voice is raised in protest? If you have any honor at all… They turn the Leader into a club/stick and keep beating us over the head with it… Every day he insults us, humiliates us, and drags us through the mud… and we just stay silent and continue with the agreement? He doesn’t behave this way with others—for example, with Xi Jinping of China. There is simply no will to understand this difference.” 👀 Yet, in less than a month Trump went from such α version of him to addressing Gayatollah Mojtaba as “I’d be honored to meet him… he’s probably a professional. In some circles, he has a very good reputation, actually.” What transformed that Trump to this Trump? Can it be undone?!

🚨 The man who allegedly digitally signed the MoU with @POTUS and @VP just went on Iranian state TV and explained why he is willing to “deal with” the United States, which he describes as “the killers of our martyred leader.” The same agreement reportedly states that "immediately upon signing," the United States would "issue Treasury exemptions for Iranian crude oil exports, petrochemicals, banking transactions, insurance, transportation, and related services." (point #10) In other words, immediate economic relief. Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf who digitally signed this agreement explained: “We also know that we are dealing with the killers of our martyred leader.” He then describes what true revenge means: “If we seek justice, and God willing we do, and if all these people seek justice for our Imam, then justice for our Imam lies in the liberation of Jerusalem (Quds).” “A hundred Netanyahus are not worth the shoelace of our leader. We must stand with this sense of honor, this perspective, and this ideal, and carry out this mission.” ⚠️ Read that carefully. He acknowledges he is dealing with the people he blames for killing his leader. He then explains that true justice for his Imam lies in the “liberation of Jerusalem” and says that mission must be carried out. This is the same man that has spent decades calling for the destruction of Israel, funding anti Israeli terrorist groups, and leading chants of “D3ath to Israel and to America.” They’re not hiding. They’re explaining it on state television. Why is @POTUS ignoring this? How could he call this man who wants to destroy Israel "very rational" and "not radicalized"? Worse... how could he sign off on immediate economic benefits to a regime with this purpose?! Please tell me what I am missing. 📺 Full translated remarks from the video obtained by @clashreport: (translated by Iranian friend who speaks excellent Farsi) "We also know that we are dealing with the killers of our martyred leader. They are the killers of Martyr Soleimani and the killers of our children here. I was discussing this with one of our friends. Of course, we must seek revenge and pursue justice for the blood that has been shed. But what does that truly mean? For example, if it were the month of Muharram and Shimr had martyred Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), and people criticized him, punished him, or even killed him in retaliation, would that alone constitute avenging Imam Hussein? The true avenging of Imam Hussein is the coming of Imam Mahdi and the establishment of a just government. The pursuit of that justice continues until that day. If we seek justice, and God willing we do, and if all these people seek justice for our Imam, then justice for our Imam lies in the liberation of Jerusalem (Quds). A hundred Netanyahus are not worth the shoelace of our leader. We must stand with this sense of honor, this perspective, and this ideal, and carry out this mission. The true justice for our beloved martyred leader is this: they have driven our Shiite Muslims out of southern Lebanon, people who have lived there since the earliest days of Islamic history. They were expelled from their own land. Justice for our martyred Imam means returning them to their rightful homes. Those are the people who fought for Iran. I do not wish to elaborate further on certain points, but consider those who used to say, “Neither Gaza nor Lebanon.” Know that Lebanon gave four thousand martyrs for the Islamic Republic of Iran. That is more than the total number of martyrs we lost in the entire war here. They fought for 104 days, while we fought for only 38 days."

Europeans and American patriots! Tomorrow, the courts of my country, France, may decide to send me to prison for daring to say on television that “the main danger to women in France is Black African and Arab immigrant men.” Meanwhile, my own attacker, a Tunisian migrant, is still at large. I need your help to generate media pressure and hope to be acquitted. They cannot silence the truth! Thank you for your support 💪🏻🇫🇷

In 1956, Nahal Oz security officer Roi Rothberg was ambushed and murdered by infiltrators from Gaza. His funeral was attended by Moshe Dayan. The general's words at the funeral read especially chilling after October 7: "Beyond the furrow of the border, a sea of hatred and desire for revenge is swelling, awaiting the day when serenity will dull our path, for the day when we will heed the ambassadors of malevolent hypocrisy who call upon us to lay down our arms... Let us not be deterred from seeing the loathing that is inflaming and filling the lives of the hundreds of thousands of Arabs who live around us. Let us not avert our eyes lest our arms weaken. This is the fate of our generation. This is our life's choice—to be prepared and armed, strong and determined, lest the sword be stricken from our fist and our lives cut down. The young Roi who left Tel Aviv to build his home at the gates of Gaza to be a wall for us was blinded by the light in his heart and he did not see the flash of the sword. The yearning for peace deafened his ears and he did not hear the voice of murder waiting in ambush."

In these situations, it’s a choice between reacting emotionally or reacting logically. Being emotional is the easier option. The problem is that when you’re emotional, propaganda and fear-based scenarios hit you fast and hard, especially the kind that’s deliberately designed to break you early with despair. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Nothing is over yet. Save your energy and don’t let yourself give up to propaganda.
James Lindsay, anti-Communist@ConceptualJames

A serious problem Trump faces now is that many, many people feel deeply betrayed by him, especially people who support Israel. Betrayal is an emotional experience, not a logical one. It cannot be fixed by logic, and its damage is usually never undone.

In 1968, while teenage Red Guards beat their professors to death with clubs in Beijing courtyards, Jean-Paul Sartre sat in Paris calling Mao's Cultural Revolution a model of revolutionary democracy. The most celebrated intellectual in France looked at a country burning its own libraries and saw liberation. He sold the Maoist newspaper La Cause du Peuple on French street corners himself, holding it aloft like a sacrament. Consider what he was endorsing. Between 1966 and 1976, the Cultural Revolution killed somewhere between 500,000 and two million people. Schools shut down across the entire country. Students dragged teachers onto stages, hung placards around their necks, forced them to kneel on broken glass, then murdered them. The historian Bian Zhongyun, vice-principal of a girls' school in Beijing, died on August 5, 1966, beaten by her own students with nail-studded clubs. Sartre called this the people governing themselves. You should understand why a man this intelligent got it this wrong. Sartre believed knowledge served power, that truth was whatever the revolution required, that the individual existed to be dissolved into the collective will. So when Mao abolished the distinction between teacher and student, between expert and mob, Sartre cheered. He had spent decades arguing that bourgeois reason was a class weapon. Here was a regime taking him at his word and clubbing the reasoners to death. This is what economic illiteracy buys you. A university, a price, a contract, and a peasant's grain stockpile all carry knowledge that no central planner can seize or replicate. Mises explained the calculation problem in 1920. Hayek explained dispersed knowledge in 1945. Sartre had access to both and chose the dunce cap of the collective instead, then handed out its propaganda on the Rue de Rennes. He died in 1980, mourned by 50,000 followers, never having retracted a word about Mao. The professors of Beijing got no such funeral. They got a ditch, and a philosopher in Paris explaining that their murder was freedom.

Naftali Bennett told the Iranian regime tonight: if he becomes Prime Minister, he will be their “worst nightmare ever” and “won’t relent” until the Iranian people are free. Anyone claiming Israel would soften without Netanyahu is wrong, and thank God it won’t. Free Iran!
