"God gave me strength, I couldn't let them folks die" 16 yr old Corion Evans was hanging out with his friends when he saw a car PLUNGE into the Pascagoula River in Mississippi. 3 teenage girls began screaming for help as the car quickly sank. Evans immediately sprang into action, diving in to rescue the girls. When asked where his bravery came from, he replied "God gave me strength, I couldn't let them folks die." Police Officer Gary Mercer assisted Evans with the rescue, but he began to drown as well when one of the panicking victims tried to pull him under. Despite being out of breath with exhausted legs, Evans swam back AGAIN to rescue both the Officer and the 3rd teen girl. Four people are alive today because a young man put the lives of others before his own. He truly is a hero. 🎖

Arby’s sauce is also ok, but your local coffee shop’s creamer or sweetener will be subject to the fine. The bill sponsors chose to make a list of which condiments can’t be given out without being requested, and they clearly don’t frequent certain types of restaurants. She navigated through it all and landed safely at a nearby airfield while the world erupted into war beneath her wings. "There's no way I'm staying on the sidelines," she told her parents. In 1942, Fort joined the Women Airforce Service Pilots-the WASP. These women ferried military aircraft across the country, tested planes fresh off the assembly line, and towed targets for live ammunition training so male pilots could deploy to combat. They wore uniforms. They followed orders. They faced real danger every time they took off. On March 21, 1943, Cornelia Fort was ferrying a BT-13 trainer aircraft over Texas when her plane collided mid air with another aircraft in formation. She died on impact. She was 24 years old.
