Software will always become more fragile and harder to edit over time. Specs will never be known upfront and Agile is little more than window dressing for consulting malarky. There is no silver bullet methodology that will make software dev 100% predictable #coding #ChangeMyMind
Eleven of them were 23 years-old or younger. They were either babies or toddlers when the U.S. began operations in Afghanistan in 2001. They didn't remember 9/11. They didn't remember "the surge". They were in elementary school when Bin Laden was killed. They were kids.
Updated my Alberta Hospitalization/vaccination data tables and and added ICU data separately. As of August 26th (data released yesterday) you were 13 times more likely to be in hospital and 83 times more likely to be in ICU if had no shots compared to 2 shots.
