Earlier today, former OathKeepers lawyer Jonathon Moseley was in Henrico Court today for a motion hearing for his upcoming trial for practicing law without a license. Moseley's lawyer withdrew from the case. In court, Moseley said he wanted to run the show.

Jonathon Mosley, former lawyer of Zachary Alam, has been indicted for practicing law without a license. The offense was after Alam was arrested and occurred in Henrico County where Alam was in jail awaiting trial.

Henrico Deputy C.A. Dylan McAuley objected to Moseley representing himself because of the nature of the charges. The judge appointed a public defender as a standby council. Judge agreed to hold another hearing on Monday for discovery motions and keep the trial scheduled for June.

@Sonayesul I had chemical burns on my chest after a week of wearing a holter monitor with my adhesive/latex allergies. This pic is after the first day when I changed the sticky pad out for a new one. They knew about my allergies and said I'd be fine bc it was "medically safe adhesive" 🙄
