absolute fucking shitshow of customer service from @DPDUK today. 10 minutes for a simple enquiry, not to be told where my local drop off point is, and you wonder why I’m rage swearing at you 🤷‍♂️

@RP_1965 @NorthHertsDC yep changing our collection cycle to another day mildly inconvenient, but leaving the garden waste collection on the same day is local government fuckwittery at its finest.
