@Alanificial @SeanPBali @NHL That wouldn't work very well because every time an east-west matchup would change location, you'd have to add another rest day. Add that up through 4 rounds and the post season would last well into the summer.

@SeanPBali @NHL Go 1-16. Get rid of conferences. Make Stanley Cup match ups a possibility of any two teams. Also I’ll be the first to admit wings don’t deserve playoffs but they would be leading the Pacific division instead of being 10th place in east.

Canada's whole claim to fame is being next to the U.S. It's all people know about them. If they weren't next to the U.S., they'd be one of the most obscure countries. Only 1 in 100 people would be able to find them on a map.
