One of the biggest lessons I've learned becoming Louisville's NIL director? Sometimes you have to jump before you're ready. When NIL hit college sports, I was comfortable in my traditional athletic department role. Safe. Stable. But I saw where the industry was heading - NIL wasn't just a trend, it was the future. So I took the leap to lead 502 Circle. Was it scary? Absolutely. But that decision put me at ground zero of college athletics' biggest transformation. Sure, there have been challenges. Building something new always comes with its share of bumps. But being at the forefront of this revolution in college sports? Worth every moment of uncertainty. If you're waiting for the "perfect time" to make your move - sometimes you just have to trust your gut and go for it.

There’s a lot of emotion in the NIL space—especially for 18- to 22-year-olds navigating it for the first time. Investing in mental performance is just as important as the physical grind, and at @502_Circle , we’re committed to helping push that forward.
