It should be the same way with Grok, user liable.

@YknZhu @Lonewolfn7 @Crazy_Gamer_2 @HumongousBalls @ChefCvane I would think there’s the issue of personal use, as long as people aren’t posting the content online then technically it’s no different than drawing a picture themselves or using photoshop, when you put it on the internet is another story and brings in legal/ethical consequences.

@elonmusk Any insight on when the moderation system will be revamped to better recognize when uploaded images aren’t of real people? Tried to animate this statue by Greg Lansky to see it come to life but unfortunately it triggers censorship. Also yes, NSFW is turned on and Age is set.

@imhaotian @grok Grok ultra moderation hit and all the gooners raged, see reddit/X, moderation still over the top on uploads w non-sexual images censored. People including myself were mostly pissed because we had full NSFW and now we don’t. Upgrades brought in new customers to replace the gooners

@elonmusk When do we get the gooner update? I think if it’s digital adult fantasy art available online (rule34, DeviantArt, etc.) like this then there should be no upload issues, especially if you have NSFW turned on. This image isn’t even sexual but giga girls trip up the moderation smh.

@EthanHe_42 Atleast maybe an implementation for uploaded non-realistic images ie anime, 3D/CGI, cartoon to have less safeguards since it’s a fantasy setting and clearly not real people. That would hold the gooners over for quite some time and substantially increase Super Grok subscriptions.

@EthanHe_42 Ethan do you have any insight on any improvements for users who specifically use Grok for adult nsfw? I assume a lot of the safeguards outside of illegal content are purely to satisfy political regulations so its not so easy, heavily moderated since October and it just gets worse
