We are excited to enter into this next stage and continue to walk alongside women as they step into their future #steppingforwardtogether #futurehope

From April 2024 - we will be launching a bespoke service for County Durham. Our new name is Future Hope - the name, logo and program have be coproduced in partnership with #Durham women who have experience of working with us.

This week marks our final week as a Pause Practice - we are so grateful for the past 3 years of being part of the fabulous Pause Network @PauseOrg As a team, we have been reflecting on all the incredible women we have been privileged to walk alongside!

Mother's Day can be difficult for the women we work with. Last week, we created a safe space for crafting, fun and reflective conversations. Each woman received a care package and flowers to ensure they felt seen and held in mind.

A big shout out to @EastDurhamTrust for letting us host our 2023 Christmas Party at their Arts Cafe! We had a wonderful time with the women, with crafts, Christmas buffet and bingo 💚🌲🥂 Merry Christmas from us and a Happy New Year!

We helped a woman move into her new home yesterday. She said, "This is a new start for me, after everything hard I've been through, things are starting to feel positive again." 💚💚💚 @PauseOrg #SparkleMoment

Bingo and mindful colouring at our Next Steps Christmas Drop In yesterday💚🌲🥂 When women graduate from Pause, they have the option to join our Next Steps group. We provide advice, light touch support and create a platform for them to share their voice, for as long as they want
