@rise_pay Rejected my KYC without any clarification 🚨 I submitted all required documents on February 6th, clear, valid and exactly as requested. After days of waiting, I received a rejection email stating they cannot offer their services. No proper explanation. No clarification. No guidance on what went wrong. Because of this, I am now unable to receive payouts from some of my funded accounts, payouts I worked hard for. If there was an issue, communicate it. If a document was unclear, ask for clarification. Rejecting without transparency is simply unprofessional. Traders deserve clear communication, especially when compliance decisions directly affect their income.
