@DeanTTraining For cardio I normally do stairmaster, level 8, for 20ish minutes. Covers 100 floors and 300 cals. According to chatGPT it’s upper zone 3/lower zone 4 based on my heart rate data. I do this before lifting and I don’t see an impact. Is zone 2 really that much better?

You can do almost as much Zone 2 Cardio as your heart desires and it will have no negative impact on your gains As for Zone 3-5 Cardio… If you’re doing enough cardio in this intensity range, you will hamstring yourself on the muscle growth/retention front ZERO doubt about it

dear guys, date a female trader she already mass manages accounts every morning so managing one relationship is nothing she’s used to being patient. she literally waits hours for one setup. emotionally unshakable. she watches her accounts go -$8k and came back to finish +$16k the same day. your little argument about the dishes is not fazing her. cheating? she doesn’t even have time. she’s too busy staring at the 3 minute chart. and when she loses money she just says “it’s part of the process” and moves on. you will never win a fight with that level of emotional regulation.
