@ThrillaRilla369 Many often still use the limited funds to purchase ways to temporarily escape their situation.

The flu shot increases your risk for other infections. We've known this for some time now but it is not provided as part of informed consent. Forcing these shots on clinical staff promotes other contagious infection risks for patients as well.
Mary Talley Bowden MD@MaryBowdenMD

I was once a doctor who followed all the rules, getting every shot and ensuring my kids did too. But after a life-threatening experience in the ICU with pneumonia and sepsis—right after getting my flu shot—I had to dig into the data for myself. What I found was shocking.

That's an interesting chart. Young men have stayed similarly conservative for over 25 years, while young women have drifted much further left. Why such a divergence? What has changed for young women that hasn't changed for young men?

@RandyGoat That was a loud and fast music era. I used to love capturing the energy on my old 35mm SLR.

Remember when we listened to bands called Butthole Surfers, Dead Kennedys, Subhumans, Reagan Youth, and Bad Brains. That was peak music in my youth, especially when skateboarding. Anyone else listen to these and more?

@beinlibertarian I'd opt out if I could get back all the money they've taken from me for it over the past 45 years with 5% compounded interest.

I work with a few. One keeps telling everyone how important it is to get your COVID boosters and was sick with COVID herself recently much longer and more severe than anyone else I've seen these days. She was also bragging about how her elderly mother who ended up in the hospital with COVID would have been much worse if she hadn't taken the latest booster.

@WallStreetApes Must be different for different people, but aspartame gives me headaches and brain fog. I don't drink the sugar or corn syrup version either though.

@TheRealGOP So different from when I lived in a brown stone on 7th Street in the early 90s. We used to shop and eat at pubs in the IDS back then and it was always hopping and busy.

I took these in downtown Minneapolis today. The very center of downtown (IDS Center). Minneapolis had one of the slowest recoveries from COVID lockdowns of any US city. Parts of the downtown are just empty store fronts, 6 years later.

Do you remember during the pandemic when the flu completely disappeared. Then when the final strands of covid died off the flu made a comeback? How do medical experts explain this?

@geoff19542 @Nickisbackbaby Thanks for the info Geoffrey. Kary Mullis, the American biochemist and Nobel Prize–winning inventor of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique, had repeatedly warned against using PCR for diagnostic purposes, especially for detecting infectious diseases like COVID-19.

@fuzzbient @Nickisbackbaby There were virtually no false PCR test results in the UK. A sample of them (10%?) were sent for full sequencing, a different process. (Done to follow the progress of different strains.) How many of these proved false positives? Virtually none.

@fuzzbient @WallStreetMav The Somalis were brought in by Democrat Bill Clinton. It was a Federal program implemented by local charities such as Lutheran Social Services. Carlson was simply in office at the time.

@geoff19542 @Nickisbackbaby Over sampling can cause false positives with PCR. Factors like sample handling and test timing can influence the outcome, potentially causing a false positive or false negative result.
