The festive season can be joyful yet challenging for mental health. This Christmas, we’re highlighting organizations supporting the Black community to foster unity and well-being. Let’s uplift mental health together! 🎄 #BlackMentalHealth #SupportThisChristmas #CommunityCare

Absolute pleasure to be invited to @focsctcymru today #Cardiff to be interviewed by their youth committee to share my knowledge and personal experience of what it takes to be a #Leader. The confidence, knowledge & skills they already have is awe inspiring! 👏

We welcome this new collaborative and its focus on key issues, including mental health, poverty, and early years provision, and look forward to working with them to challenge the Welsh Government and others on the significant challenges facing children's health. @RCPCHWales

@JKapessa 🙏🏾💔 Please share and support Christopher's family. They have been through absolute hell since his killing in 2019 and I pray his mother Alina will finally get some answers. #JusticeForChristopherKapessa @JMouayed @justice4mohamud @cammillamngaza

One of the hardest things about being a system leader, (beyond being a team/divisional/organisational leader) is shifting from centering on our organisations, towards putting shared purpose at the centre of every action & decision. Seeing organisations as one part of a larger, interconnected system & recognising that organisations are the means & not the end. Thanks @AbbieWightwick for running this in Western Mail today - @WelshGovernment needs to find both the will and the way to prevent children going cold and hungry this Christmas and beyond - this will be a key challenge for the next First Minister @childcomwales
