You have no business with risk management when you Acc is just $100, $50 or even $20. Risk management is not for everyone … The bigger your Acc size the lower your risk and the smaller your Acc size the bigger the risk. You should focus on risk management when you have a solid capital or else you won’t grow. Risk management is only when your returns can sustain you as a person and give room for a level up. If you have $1k you can risk 2% and that is even too small, in a long run you can target 20%, imagine $100 Acc, 2% on that is $2, just 1 trade on Gold, the SL can be 150 pips, if you use the smallest lot that is 0.01 which is $15 meaning just the smallest lot on Gold can make you risk 15% on a trade. So there are two options : a ) Go hard on your small Acc, so you can have capital and peace of mind, and a sustainable profit. b ) Save up for months so you have have peace of mind and a sustainable profit. Treat forex trading as a business and thank me later.
