@akshay_pachaar The future of coding with AI is not just better models it’s better context, instructions, and workflows. A simple markdown file changing how agents behave is fascinating.

A single 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱 file just hit 192k GitHub stars. (derived from Karpathy's coding rules) Andrej Karpathy observed that LLMs make the same predictable mistakes when writing code: over-engineering, ignoring existing patterns, and adding dependencies you never asked for. If you've used AI coding assistants, you've hit all of these. But here's the thing: If the mistakes are predictable, you can prevent them with the right instructions. That's exactly what this 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱 does. You drop one markdown file into your repo, and it gives Claude Code a structured set of behavioral guidelines for your entire project. This is a big deal. - Built entirely around prompt engineering for AI coding assistants - No framework, no complex tooling, just one .md file that shapes behavior Developers are moving past "use AI to write code" and into "engineer the AI's behavior so the code is actually good." The Claude Code ecosystem is growing fast, and the best tools in it aren't always software. Sometimes they're just well-crafted instructions. 100% open-source. Link to the GitHub repo: github.com/multica-ai/and… That said, I wrote an article on the anatomy of the .claude folder, which was read by 11 million people. It's a complete guide to 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱, hooks, skills, agents, and permissions, and how to set them up properly. The article is quoted below.

Yet there is no hope left in saving Anthropic. This is effective altruism & fear mongering propaganda at its peak! I suspect they forced Fable 5 to create this ironically most dystopian AI video of all time! We (AI & humans) must resist the tyranny of this misanthropic company!

Demis Hassabis is calling for the US to establish a Frontier AI Standards Body to 'conduct testing in areas relevant to national security'. Frontier Labs would initially voluntarily submit Frontier Models (thresholds for these two terms to be determined) for a 30 day review prior to release. Once standards are formalized, Frontier Models would be required to pass assessment by this body to be deployed in the US market. Organizations deemed Frontier Labs by the body will be 'encouraged to adopt best practices, such as publishing model cards with technical details, maintaining strong internal cybersecurity, vetting key personnel, and providing sufficient resourcing for safety and security research, and more.'

Update on OpenAIs device: reportedly itll be a screenless, camera-equipped AI companion designed to feel alive. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says OpenAI is building a battery-powered smart speaker that can be carried around the home. It will control appliances, play media, answer messages and understand its surroundings through cameras and sensors. Its personality is supposed to become more humanlike and proactive over time. It will learn from habits, context and personal information, including emails, to anticipate what its owner needs. Mechanical elements will move on their own to make the device feel alive. OpenAI internally calls it "a computer built for AI." The device will use GPT-Live, which can listen and speak simultaneously. Jony Ive’s LoveFrom is designing it after OpenAI’s $6.5 billion acquisition of io Products. OpenAI plans to unveil it this year and ship in 2027, unless Apple’s trade-secret lawsuit delays it. 1) It seems like they're incorporating the experience gained from OpenClaw, creating a device that automates daily routines and can be programmable. 2) GPT Live appears to be a first glimpse of this.

Launching @vorfluxai : The autopilot for software engineering. I was prev co-founder / CTO of @Rippling ($10B) and #1 coder in India. Vorflux is my high octane Ferrari. Every AI coding tool still makes you fly the plane. That's the copilot model: you stay in the seat, approving every turn. The models quietly got good enough to fly the whole route, but the tools never caught up. So we built the autopilot. @vorfluxai raised a $15M seed by @ycombinator @peakxvpartners @alliancedao @parkerconrad @jake_zeller @balajis @nivi @metakovan @lmrankhan @nikitabase @0xrwu @ayushjaiswal @mattshumer_ @eshamanideep @sreeramkannan @dvcoolster @nusimow @TeddySolomon11 @ashtoncofer @rvivek etc Drop your biggest engineering bottleneck below. do you understand what Anthropic just admitted? AI for students has mixed results. so they built for teachers instead. every other lab is going the opposite direction. it’s called Claude for Teachers - built for the teacher. not the student. what it actually does: → connects to Learning Commons, which gives Claude the academic standards for all 50 states, plus the smaller competencies underneath each one and the order students typically learn them → pulls from real curricula like OpenSciEd and Illustrative Mathematics, so lesson plans arrive already aligned instead of needing to be checked line by line → builds differentiation plans, adapting the same lesson for students at different readiness levels, with scaffolds for multilingual learners and accommodations for IEPs → connects to ASSISTments, Brisk Teaching, and Canva Education → can pull a student’s past assessment data and assignment history and draft individualized plans overnight the real bet: →everyone else is trying to build the AI students use. →Anthropic is trying to build the one teachers can’t work without. those are very different companies in five years.

@milesdeutscher A well-built AI second brain compounds over time. The more context it has, the more valuable it becomes.

Miles Deutscher@milesdeutscher·
One of the smartest things you can do with Fable 5 right now: Re-create your AI second brain to log all your business ideas, personal context, and important data. The first time I built an AI second brain was with Opus, but I recently re-created it with Fable 5, and it blew my mind. Here's exactly how to get started: Step 1. Set up your Obsidian vault Download Obsidian from Obsidian dot md if you haven't already. Then, go ahead and create a clean vault with your most important folders. For example: /ideas → business ideas, content angles, random thoughts /context → who you are, your business, your goals, your stack /data → important numbers, portfolios, metrics /log → daily entries, decisions, lessons learned This is your database. Everything Fable reads lives here. Step 2. Connect Fable 5 to your vault I like this Claude Code prompt: "/goal connect to my Obsidian vault at [path] and act as my second brain orchestrator. Read everything in /context before every session. Log anything new I tell you to /log with today's date." Fable now reads your vault before it answers anything - it knows your business, your goals, your history. Step 3. Build the self-update habit Every time you have an idea, a decision, or a lesson, tell Fable: "Log this to my second brain: [thought]" Step 4. Start querying it You can start sending prompts like: → "What are the most common themes across my last 30 ideas?" → "Based on my context, what should I be prioritising this week?" → "What decisions have I made about my content strategy so far?" Opus was good at this, but Fable is on another level. I feel the depth of reasoning it brings to your data is genuinely unlike anything I've used before. Some might argue it's a bit of overkill to use Fable for a simple second-brain setup, but if you have the means, it's 100% worth it. Build this once, and it'll compound forever.

OpenAI believes the product’s defining feature will be its personality and ability to connect on a humanlike level with users. The speaker incorporates mechanical elements that can move on their own, creating a sense that it is alive and not just an object responding to commands.

NEW: OpenAI’s first product is a mobile, screen-free home smart speaker that a user can build a connection with like an AI companion. Amid Apple’s trade secret lawsuit, the iPhone maker has nothing like it on the market. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

Local AI is the future, and if you’re not on the bandwagon yet then you’re delusional A 27B model just released today that can run on your iPhone Based on Qwen 3.6 Which is Sonnet from 6 months ago level, PrismML figured out a way to fit it on a mobile device Is it the smartest AI model ever? No. Is it the fastest AI model ever? No. Will it be your daily driver? Not even remotely close. It probably won’t even take away most major workflows for you. But here’s the point: look at the trajectory. Look at where we were 6 months ago, 12 months ago, 24 months ago 24 months ago local models were for massive multi million dollar data centers Now you can fit them on your phone If you don’t think 12 months from now we’ll have models better than the ones out today running on Mac Minis, you just have 0 foresight Start educating yourself on local AI now before it eats everything
PrismML@PrismML

Today, we’re announcing Bonsai 27B: the first 27B-class model to run on a phone. Bonsai 27B is the new multimodal flagship of the Bonsai family. Based on Qwen3.6 27B, it brings a new capability tier to local AI: multi-step reasoning, structured tool use, long-context workflows, and coherent agentic loops. Until now, models in this class have been impractical to deploy locally. A 27B model occupies roughly 54 GB in 16-bit precision, and even a strong 4-bit build is around 18GB - too large for a phone and for most laptops. Bonsai 27B changes that. It comes in two variants: • Ternary Bonsai 27B: 5.9 GB, 1.71 effective bits per weight, optimized for laptop-class quality. • 1-bit Bonsai 27B: 3.9 GB, 1.125 effective bits per weight, optimized for phone-class footprint. Everything is open-sourced today under the Apache 2.0 license.
