@gaaabe23 Bahahaha nope my upper body has always been dominant my legs are just finally caught up so i don’t feel like i need to hide it

I’m doing single leg rdls with 65s jacked up on caffeine, I can’t eat before or I’ll throw up so I’m usually fasting and I’m anemic… most of the time this is all I’m seeing.

@ohhjanjan I think as long as you can drink the creatine either with your preworkout, protein or in like 4-6oz of water by itself within that time’s range you mentioned, then you just need to drink a lot of water in totality, doesn’t have to be fast. If I’m not misunderstanding you 🙂

@ohhjanjan lol gotta take into account tummy troubles for sure! I wouldn’t say you need to overly add water if you take it as a stack. It’s just more important that you drink enough water throughout the day when you take creatine, I believe.

@gaaabe23 I might just do that…I can’t chug a Gatorade lol I add like a cup of water to my pre becuase if I over do it with the liquids my stomach hurts. All these damn rules! 😵💫😂

@ohhjanjan Got it! I take one flavorless serving in my pre workout as a stack and then in my protein post workout, but that’s just what works for me. I had no idea about the “shelf life” of creatine once it’s been mixed. Appreciate that info!

@ohhjanjan Ahhhhh lol got it. Don’t take two servings per day, 1 with your pre and then that 1 sipped through the day or just the 1 sipping?
