Our Class President. The Most Valuable Jaguar. Devin Johnson has been on this team for 4.5 years and has more than left his mark at Glen Allen. We are SO sad to see him go but happy to watch him run at @ClemsonTrackXC next year!

Today’s senior spotlights are going to highlight our throwers! Gavin Valentine is a versatile athlete, sprinting and throwing for us during his time at Glen Allen. He is a hard worker and will be continueing his education at Old Dominion this fall!

Nate Morris is another one of our versatile athletes. He has both run and thrown for us over the years and has been an example of leadership and work ethic. Nate joins the #wahoo family this fall where he plans to play football and study mathematics!

The first of today’s senior spotlights goes to CONNOR MULLINS. From 21:08 to 17:43, this kid improved not only his speed but also his mental toughness and is one of the most genuine individuals in the team. Connor will be attending George Mason in the fall!

Our next senior spotlight is for Parker Holland! His contributions to this team are immeasurable as he has been a dedicated member of this team for 12 seasons. He has an impeccable memory for everyone’s PRs and cares tremendously for all his teammates. 💙💛

SPOTLIGHT: One thing we’re super proud of is how much Roy Stisher matured during his time on the team. One thing we’re bummed about is how he didn’t get to finish his season with a bang like we anticipated! Thank you the memories, especially when you left the cones on the bus 😉

Cleo Kelley competed on our indoor and outdoor track teams for all four years. She worked hard, stayed humble, and got things done! She will be headed to Longwood in the fall!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: There is never a dull moment with Brandon LaSalata. He can find a way to be funny in any situation but he also knows when to work hard. Going to miss this kid!

Senior spotlight: Garrett came out for a handful of seasons throughout his time at Glen Allen. One thing we coaches never questioned was how much he gave it his all in a race. Garrett is headed to Penn State in the fall!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: This sweet gem is a rockstar. An incredibly hard worker and a fantastic team leader! She is someone who just gets it and we’ll miss her eye rolls at the the occasional team ridiculousness. 🙄 Michelle Montoya is headed to Virginia Tech in the fall! 🦃

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: another Hokie to highlight as we shoutout to Lauren Waggoner. Wags saw significant improvement during her time on the team. She competed for us all 12 seasons and earned her way up to becoming our 6th runner at states and 4x800 alternative this year!

One of our fearless leaders, level-headed and determined, this senior shout-out goes to Wade Carter, who not only earned 12 varsity letters during his time here but is also the class Valedictorian! Wade will be joining the #wahoo family and plans to study neuroscience!

Yves Uwimana moves to Glen Allen at the start of his senior year and played a huge role in our team’s success. He capped his career with a 🥉 finish at States in the 3200m run. We didn’t get to celebrate his signing but Yves will be running at the University of South Florida!
