I'm comfortable giving the student who needed 4 attempts to master a skill the same grade as the student who only needed 1 attempt. 'If' a student learns is more important to me than 'when.'






I think we have entered an interesting new chapter in education where it will be the norm to maintain a number staff who operate virtually to help amplify learning opportunities. We will be more able to individualize & optimize learning environments & opportunities for students










Georgia is suspending standardized testing for the upcoming school year & formal teacher evals and are seeking to permanently cut certain tests. This will also save $10's of millions from the budget that can be used toward teacher pay, etc. Let's hope other states step up!
