@AskKlarna @AskKlarna phoned customer service was told they are still reviewing the company & trying to make contact and she couldn’t give us any timescales. The company has closed we are out of pocket why are you trying to contact them when they are closed & you have paid someone else out?

@AskKlarna we reported we had hadn’t received our order in December. Still had no word back from you even though we have provided all the evidence and the company went into stopped trading in January 2022- why did you support this company when it has been dissolved?

@NapierRacing @AvantiWestCoast It was the same on coach c on our train from London to Glasgow! Didnt work the entire time and neither did the plugs! They also ran out of ice and the train was packed due to all the cancellations! Bloody joke
