Now that France has become 3rd world, the French have been ethnically replaced & the nation has been conquered by foreign criminals, I don’t think they should have access to nuclear weapons. You can't point to slavery that only happened in the last 300 years for the woes of 4,000 years. Especially since Africans had that same 4,000 years to get to the same levels of advancement that Europeans were, they just...didn't bother to. I'm not sure why.
