MEDVi statement in response to external speculation FDA letter In September 2025 and February 2026, the FDA sent an unprecedented number of warning letters to dozens of telehealth companies, drug companies and pharmacies regarding their direct-to-consumer advertising practices. In one of the FDA's letters, the URL mentioned is medvi.io - not MEDVi's actual address of medvi.org. The letter addressed to MEDVi was directed at an affiliate marketing agency whose website contained outdated copy. We immediately reached out to the affiliate and required them to remove the materials allegedly at issue. We understand the affiliate also directly responded to the FDA. My company MEDVi has never received a letter from the FDA. If we were to receive such a communication from any regulatory authority, we would act swiftly and collaboratively to address the matter. So-called "fake doctors" We have recently become aware of what appear to be advertisements featuring potentially AI-generated medical practitioners. Since we became aware of this issue, we have updated our marketing practices to make clear that this type of advertising and / or promotion is prohibited. People love a scandal. Of course I’m not. I can’t even count the lies being spread, it almost feels coordinated. I did not have a desire for fame, I was asked to share my story and I did so I could help others build. I shared everything about my business. Everyone is looking for a gotcha.

Whole city of Chicago, est 1.4 million cars (2.8 mil people). I cover 9 of top 10 revenue tickets. Speed And Red light Camera alerts ($109 mil/yr in revenue right there). People can use SpotAngels to see where they can park safely. My app makes runs in the background so you don’t have to remember to use it, and it makes sure your car is safe after you’ve parked. Spot may be safe when you parked but becomes violation zone later Ticket contesting tools all require you to upload each ticket and fill out info, mine does it automatically. If you sign up you know your tickets will be contested Not clear if the other ticket contesting are for stage tickets my system is Chicago specific Cherry on top: mobile app collects evidence ie where you’ve parked and speed you’re driving which is the used in the ticket contest letter we automatically send
