Tank controls and fixed camera angles are treated like the boogeyman of the Resident Evil community, they're scared of something that isn't even that hard or difficult.

@Nova_Gaming2024 Resident Evil 4, wasn’t for me. RE7 was my first mainstream RE game, Requiem is fucking Phenomenal, and the RE2R is just one of my favorite games ever. 4 didn’t quite stick with me and is the only one I haven’t replayed except for 5

@RawbertBeef I always assumed he didn’t have organic webs because he doesn’t have the right organs to produce it. Like everything else he already had and they got modified but he doesn’t naturally have that organ so he didn’t get that power

It makes sense for him to have organic webs. Why would he get every spider power (strength, stickiness, senses) except from the one most well-known thing a spider does?

@Faisal935_ Code Veronica because Claire is my GOAT, RE1 as long as it is as pure of a game as RE1(2002), but I hated RE5 more than any other. I found the gameplay in that one to be most miserable and would probably be the one to benefit MOST from a remake. I want them in that order

What's the next remake you'd like to see from Capcom?

@SURVlVALHORROR Rev2 got me into Resident Evil. The free episode and GameInformer got me interested. Played it and been an RE fan ever since. Hope it gets a proper remaster one day with some updated graphics and no other changes

Resident Evil 7 Arguably the scariest RE on this list. An unofficial successor to PT and a return to classic survival horror, while introducing first person to the series. Also an amazing VR experience 5. Resident Evil Village A very good action horror game with good survival horror sections 6. Resident Evil Requiem The greatest survival horror the series has ever delivered while also being an incredible action horror experience. The culmination of 30 years of Resident Evil and the ultimate homage to the series I’d suggest starting with these six in this order, and then exploring the other games (maybe even the OGs) if you end up getting heavily invested #ResidentEvil #ResidentEvilRequiem #REBHFun #RE9 #ResidentEvil7 #ResidentEvil4

@Skoomtrap Suicide Squad. The story was pretty fun when you go into it expecting it to be clones, I called it day one, so I actually had fun playing it. But plat was such a slog of repeating the same invasion missions 20x each

@lastchalice I think all RE games are good in their own way. Except 5, I was miserable playing that one. But between these two? I’d rather replay RE3R if I’m forced to use controller but Village if I’m allowed VR, its so fun.

One of these is the better game.

@_Deez_Games I have very few games I truly hate. I enjoy damn near all games, good and bad. But I’m closest to hating RWBYGrimmEclipse only because I LOVE the RWBY franchise and that game felt soooo lackluster. I still play it when really bored but because of RWBY not the gameplay
