Yesterday our #SAR Drone team returned to assist our colleagues in Galway with an ongoing search for a missing person in the Galway Bay area. Working alongside @GardaTraffic @Galway_CD @LaoisCivilDefen @IrishCoastGuard @RNLI and numerous other search teams and civilians.

This weekend, a number of our volunteers, alongside volunteers from @CivilDefenceKE, are taking part in training on our sonar imaging equipment. Members of our drone team are also in Galway this weekend, providing assistance to an ongoing operation. @CivilDefenceIRL @Galway_CD

Our #SAR Drone Team deployed to Barna, Co Galway this afternoon to assist with a multi agency search operation for a missing swimmer. Working alongside @CivilDefenceIRL Teams from Galway & Clare, @GardaTraffic @IrishCoastGuard & @RNLI We will return to the area tomorrow morning

Today, we provided medical cover for the 2024 Kirby Way cycle. Laois volunteers worked alongside members of Offaly, @CivilDefenceKE, and @Galway_CD. The event was run to support the Jack and Jill Children's Foundation and the Children's Health Foundation. @CivilDefenceIRL

Junior died this morning . He was an incredible man who lived an extraordinary life - often in the most difficult of circumstances . He enriched our community. We will miss him so much RIP @CivilDefenceIRL
