Currently using the new @gamereadyuk machine at @PTCentres… if only I could take it home with me.. it’s made a massive difference to the swelling in my leg this week

Knee replacement update - it hurts! Physio has started, had to get the dressing changed @SpireWashington today as was bleeding. All good albeit a little sleep deprived 😵‍💫😬💪

Hit the wall today on day 2 TKA. Pain horrible but prudent use of pain meds and @gamereadyuk is helping. Aiming for discharge tomorrow.
