@Xortrider @zavvi I've had this before. Reply I got was that they were waiting for it to be delivered to them even when it was listed as in stock.

Very angry with @skytv for upselling a new TV package to a customer they’d been notified had dementia - and doing this *one month* after I cancelled on the customer’s behalf because they weren’t aware they’d signed up in the first place.
When challenged, Sky’s customer service response was that the customer technically ‘agreed’ to the upsell.
For me, this raises serious concerns about how vulnerable customers are being treated and whether @Ofcom guidelines for this group are actually being followed.

Here's Cernunnos, wishing you all a merry Yuletide, however you celebrate!
The name Cernunnos appears in an inscription on a first-century CE Roman pillar from Gaul, associated with a horned figure. Many other depictions of a horned or antlered god have been discovered across northwest Europe, perhaps most famously on the beautiful Gundestrup cauldron. Among the myths is the mention of 'Herne the Hunter' in Shakespeare's The Merry Wives of Windsor, as a spirit of winter, and Jacob Grimm suggested that Herne led the Wild Hunt. Herne and Cernunnos may have the same origin, and the name might just mean 'horned'. He's been associated with the winter solstice. Here he is, spotted on a wintry track in Devon, torc in hand!
