Are you allowed to pass on the peak margin penalties to the trader? As per NSE circular which is shared with you earlier, you are not allowed. Please let me know, are you required to follow NSE rules ?
As per SEBI’s recent circular, all unutilised funds from your Upstox a/c will be transferred back to your registered bank a/c by 6th April EOD. As this will reduce available trading balance, top up your Upstox account for trades on 10th April.

As per NSE circular, you should not pass on the penalty to customer.
It's not my prbm. It's general issue. So don't ask for pvt msg. Reply to the point. Are you allowed to collect peak margin penalty from customer?

According to NSE circular, you are not supposed to charge customer for margin shortage. Please let know, do you need to follow NSE circular or no need?
