@garageexitapp The landing page has too much content. You could squeeze up with more precise content and remove the clutter, specially on the Hero section. Just define your product in less than 10-15 words overall. Would highly improve readability and UX . All the best 👍🚀🚀

Great starting point to build your product 🚀🔥

Big update coming to @LaunchChair, every project created now starts from a rock solid Next.js boilerplate that we’ll be neurotically adding to and iterating on. This boilerplate comes with: 🛠️ SEO / GEO / AEO architecture and dynamic sitemaps. 🛠️ SPA / PWA routing and router. 🛠️ Insane caching and service workers. 🛠️ Hardcore security and RLS reqs. 🛠️ Agent context and guardrails. 🛠️ Auth and payment hooks. 🛠️ A ton of defined pages and dashboards. 🛠️ Better design taste and frontend patterns. 🛠️ A bunch of starters for numerous project types including OCR, AI / LLM wrappers, CRM tools, etc… People charge $400-$1000 for these boilerplates and we ship every LaunchChair build with a better one.

Good positioning says five things: Here is what this is. Here is who it is for. Here is the pain it removes. Here is why it is different. Here is why you should care now. That's not decoration. That's product communication.

Your brand is the first interface most people use. Before they click the demo. Before they sign up. Before they try the product. They interact with the way you explain it. If it's confusing, people bounce. If it's honest and sharp, people lean in.

@garageexitapp Exactly, everyone isn't a strategy. There should be a clear differentiation between who you serve and who your product serves. That's where positioning works, it clearly filters out, most feels making it broad hits it, but it doesn't, being specific does.

"Everyone can use this" is usually where positioning goes to die. Everyone is not a strategy. The moment you choose who it's for, you also choose who it's not for. That's uncomfortable. It's also when things start making sense.
